First, yes, I know this is not a totally new game but it is great fun to play, so I had to list it, even though it's from January 2025.
As many of you know I have been playing slots for over 15 years now, and I just spent most of my day trying out this newer game Age of Conquest Diamonds & Dragons™ from Neon Valley Studios (Games Global). It got me hooked pretty fast! Its got this nice fantasy theme with dragons, warriors, and shiny diamonds that just pulls you in right away.
When I first loaded the game, I was happy to see the great graphics – the background shows this epic medieval battlefield with mountains in the distance and the reels are set against this cool stone frame. The soundtrack is really intense too, lots of drums and epic music that makes you feel like your about to charge into battle alongside knights and warriors!
This slot has 5 reels, 3 rows, and 20 paylines, which is pretty standard, but trust me – there's nothing standard about how this game plays. I've seen many dragon themed slots in my day but this one brings something fresh to the table with its unique collection system. So the base game on Age of Conquest is where all the action starts building up. The symbols include warriors, eagles, horses, and the regular card symbols (A, K, Q, J, 10). But what your really looking for are those fiery diamond dragon egg scatter symbols that can land on reels 2, 3, and 4.
These scatter symbols are where the magic happens! Each one comes with different colored tokens – green, blue, or purple. I noticed that every time I landed these tokens, they filled up different pots on the side of the screen:
- Green tokens add random prizes to the green pot (I managed to collect 8 prizes at one point!)
- Blue tokens increase your multipliers by 0.5x each time (these can go up to 10x which is insane)
- Purple tokens give you more free spins (up to 12 spins)
What's really cool is that even if the scatter doesn't have a token, it still gets collected in this flaming dragon egg container on the left. I watched this fill up during my session and suddenly it cracked open and triggered the bonus round! It was super exciting cause I couldn't predict exactly when it would happen.
The gold dragon wild coins are also really important – they substitute for all symbols except scatters. I had one spin where I landed 3 wilds on the middle reels and hit a nice 45x win just in the base game!
Free Spins and Bonus Features of Age of Conquest Diamonds & Dragons™
The bonus round is where this game really shines! After playing for about 30 minutes, I managed to trigger it twice. When you get into the bonus round, all those prizes, multipliers, and free spins you've been collecting in the base game get combined together.
The first time I triggered it, I had:
- 7 green prizes
- A 5x multiplier from blue tokens
- 8 free spins from purple tokens
During the free spins, these fiery bonus tiles started appearing randomly on the reels. When they land, they transform into instant cash prizes. My best hits one worth 80x my bet. With the 5x multiplier applied, that single tile gave me a 400x win!
The second big hit I had. I triggered the bonus where I had collected more tokens ( I did take some time to trickier it). The 10x multiplier made even small wins feel huge. What I really like about this game is that your not starting from scratch with each bonus round – your building up those pots over time which makes the base game actually exciting.
Oh, and if you manage to fill the entire screen with wild coins (which I almost did – got 12 out of 15 positions), you can win up to 4,000x your stake! I didn't hit that jackpot myself, but came close enough to see how it could happen.

I played with a $1 bet for most of my session and found that gave me a good balance between risk and playtime. My bankroll had some ups and downs, but overall I came out ahead thanks to those bonus rounds.
Some slot sites say it only has a max win of 1200x the bet, but this is false. I doubt they even played the games as right on the game screen, it says max win is 4000x the bet
My Thoughts About This Demo Game™
After spending many hours playing Age of Conquest Diamonds & Dragons™, I gotta say I'm really impressed! The game has this perfect balance of keeping you engaged during the base game while building excitement for the bonus rounds.
What I love most is the collection feature – it gives you something to aim for and makes every scatter symbol valuable, even if your not immediately triggering the bonus. The visual effects when you hit big wins are awesome too, especially when the dragon breathes fire across the screen!
The only downside is that it's a high volatility game, so there were definitely some stretches where I wasn't hitting much. But the anticipation of filling those bonus pots kept me spinning. The highest win I got during my session was about 580x my bet, which came during the second bonus round with that 10x multiplier.
If your a fan of dragon themed slots or games with collection mechanics, you'll definitely want to give this one a try. It's way more engaging than most new slots I've played lately, and the potential for big wins is definitely there. I've already added it to my list of games to return to!
