Hacksaw Gaming is putting its new Megamultiplier feature to work on one of its heavier hitters, rebooting Fist of Destruction into Fist of Destruction Megamultiplier, landing on 17th September 2026. If you’ve played the first version, most of it will feel familiar — same urban fighting-ring setting, same four fighters you can swap in and out (purely cosmetic, doesn’t touch what happens on the reels), same Fist symbols expanding into multiplier-carrying Wild Reels. What’s changed is the math underneath it and a couple of new bonus tiers bolted on top.

Introduction to Fist of Destruction Megamultiplier

The headline addition is the Megamultiplier symbol itself—land three of them anywhere on the grid, and it’s an instant max win, no bonus round required. It’s a similar idea to what Pragmatic Play has done with its Super Scatter reworks on games like Sugar Rush and Starlight Princess, and it looks like Hacksaw is planning to run the same playbook across more of its back catalog.

Everything else builds on the original’s Fist Wild Reel mechanic. When a Red or Blue Fist symbol passes through an opposing Fighter or a wild, it picks up a multiplier worth 2x up to 200x, and multiple Fist Wild Reels in the same win stack their multipliers together before paying out. Landing 3 scatters gets you into the Throwdown! Bonus (10 free spins, teams battling for Victory Points that trigger guaranteed Fist drops), and landing 4 scatters upgrades that to the Ultimate Throwdown! Bonus with a higher starting Victory Level. Land a Megamultiplier symbol alongside those scatters, and you step up into the Megamultiplier versions of each bonus, adding a global multiplier of 2x-10x on top of every spin’s win.

Early numbers put this at 96.23% RTP, High volatility (5 out of 5, a step up from the original), and a max win of 15,000x — five times higher than the first version of Fist of Destruction’s 3,000x ceiling. Base game hit frequency sits at 32.55%, so you’re seeing wins reasonably often even between the bigger moments.
